Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Policy Booking Requests: Clients can request a booking through our website or by contacting our office directly. Once a request is submitted, our team will confirm availability and schedule an initial consultation if needed. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed via email. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and responding promptly to secure their preferred time slots. 2. Deposit Policy Deposit Requirements: To secure a booking for our services, we require a deposit of 50% of the total project fee. Deposits are applied to the final balance upon project completion. Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where M Cubed Solutions must cancel or reschedule the service due to unforeseen circumstances. Payment Method: Deposits can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Payment details will be provided once the booking is confirmed. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Client Cancellations: Clients must notify M Cubed Solutions at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule their booking without additional fees. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a 25% cancellation fee, deducted from the initial deposit. Rescheduling Limit: Each client may reschedule their booking up to two times without penalty, provided they meet the 48-hour notice requirement. Agency Cancellations: In the rare event that M Cubed Solutions must cancel a booking, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and all deposits will be refunded, or alternative dates offered. 4. Waitlist Policy Joining the Waitlist: If a requested booking time is unavailable, clients may opt to join our waitlist. When a time slot becomes available, clients on the waitlist will be notified in the order of their request. Responding to Waitlist Offers: Clients are asked to confirm within 24 hours when notified of an open time slot. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in the slot being offered to the next client on the list. Waitlist Deposit: A small deposit may be required to hold a position on the waitlist, which will be applied toward the final service fee if a slot becomes available. 5. Additional Policies No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay an additional rebooking fee to reschedule. Payment Completion: Full payment for services is due upon project completion.
